The Baroque parish church of St. John the Baptist, patron saint of Wrocław Cathedral, dating from 1789-1795, stands in the centre of the village of Kuźnica Czeszycka.
It was built on the site of an older wooden church from 1700. In 1963-1964, a new polychrome decoration of the church interior was introduced, and in 1973-1976 the roofing, trusses and 10-voice organ were repaired and the exterior facade repainted. The Salesians took over the pastoral care of the parish in 1950.
Next to it is the religious house of the Servite Sisters of the Blessed Virgin Mary, active in the parish since 1916.
