Your personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of providing our services (commercial and marketing) and keeping records of your participation in events and educational activities organised by the Association of Municipalities and Districts "Dolnośląska Kraina Rowerowa" on the basis of your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO.
3. Your personal data will be stored in accordance with the Act on National Archive Resources.
4. You have the right of access to the content of your personal data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, as well as the right to object and withdraw consent to processing. An objection and withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data or a request for erasure will be effective insofar as the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (to the address of the Office for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw) if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the RODO.
6. The provision of your personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so will prevent the provision of commercial and marketing services and participation in events and educational activities organised by the Association of Municipalities and Districts "Lower Silesian Bicycle Land"
7. It is not obligatory for you to provide your data, but failure to do so will result in the non-performance of a contract or service.
8. Your personal data may be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
9. Your personal data will be stored at the Administrator's premises.
