The earliest mention of the church dates from 1313, the present building dates from the 15th century, its founder being Hans von Diebitsch, the owner of the estate. It was renovated in the 1990s. Late Gothic church, with a wooden free-standing bell tower. Preserved in the interior: Baroque altar from the 4th quarter of the 17th century; Late Gothic sandstone sacramentarium; Late Gothic sandstone baptismal font with aristocratic coats of arms on the perimeter of the bowl; Baroque-Mannerist organ gallery from the 1st quarter of the 17th/early 18th century, from polychrome wood, a baroque organ cabinet from the beginning of the 18th century, mannerist stalls from the 1st quarter of the 17th century, a door with iron fittings and locks from ca. 1500, mannerist sandstone gravestones, a baroque bronze bell from 1698, a bell from 1933 founded by the commune of Pęgów.
