The present palace, in the form of a Palladian-style villa, dates from the end of the 19th century; at the beginning of this century it was equipped with a metal glazed structure of a winter garden "mounted" in the colonnade of the rear façade and with a similar structure of a canopy over the main entrance in the front, both of which show Art Nouveau features; the building was erected in an older, dating back to the second half of the 19th century, green area stretching to the north of the residence, i.e. picturesque old trees and interesting compositional elements, such as a scenic glade and a water axis with a pond at the end; in the post-war period a chapel, kindergarten and later also housing for the employees of the State Agricultural Farm (PGR) functioned in the palace.
