We recommend white wines: Johanniter and Solaris, and red wines: Rondo and a coupé of the Cabernet Cortis and Regent varietal.

Johanniter. A dry white wine made from the Johanniter grape. The wine is characterised by a beautiful luminous colour and an aroma of ripe sweet apples. In the mouth, lively acidity harmonises with a pleasant grapefruit finish.

Solaris. A dry, white wine created from the Solaris grape. A pleasant light straw coloured wine with a fresh and aromatic aroma dominated by pear and pineapple. In the mouth, juicy and refreshing, the pineapple note dominates the lingering aftertaste.

Rondo. A dry red wine with an intense ruby colour. The aroma is dominated by notes of red fruit with oak nuances in the background. On the palate, a pleasant taste of cherries harmoniously softened by oak barrel accents. Ideal with red meats, sauces, roasts and grilled vegetables.

Cabernet Cortis-Regent. Dry red wine created from a blend of Cabernet Cortis and Regent grapes. A wine with a deep purple fillet colour and pleasant aromas of green pepper. The mouthfeel is full with a spicy finish and expressive tannins. Ideal with red meats, sauces, roasts and grilled vegetables.
