A single-nave church with a tower on the west side. The present church was built in 1850 in eclectic style, on the site of a wooden church from the 16th century that had been destroyed. An inscription on a wooden beam above the vestry door reminds us of that church: Anno I.N.K.J. 1578 12 Junii Verbum Domini Manet In Aeternum. In the porch is the early 17th century Renaissance tombstone of Hans von Strachwitz, then owner of Grabown. The lower part of the baptismal font from 1769 is also old. The brick church with a shingled roof, fenced with a metal fence on a foundation, belonged to the manor complex.
