The potato pancake fry 'Adamo' is located in the middle of the town of Milicz in the Market Square. It started its operations in 2023. We have gone through a journey full of changes and surprises. The first and most important of these has been the development of our menu. Initially, our dishes were modest and based mainly on local products. But over time, we started to experiment and introduce new ingredients such as Milicz carp and products from Dolna Barycz. Due to our convenient location, we especially welcome tourists as well as cyclists. Our restaurant is an ideal place to rest after a long ride, and our tasty dishes will certainly allow you to regenerate. We believe that everyone who visits us, whether a local resident or a tourist, should feel at home. That's why we focus on cordial service, cosy interiors and above all, delicious food. In our premises you can admire paintings alluding to the picturesque Barycz Valley Ponds, and in your free time you can watch a film promoting activity close to nature in the Barycz Valley and local products of the Barycz Valley. In our Plackarnia we serve delicious potato pancakes with various sauces, which go perfectly with our lunch dishes. But that's not all! Our menu is full of delicacies - from savoury to sweet pancakes, homemade dumplings and delicious confectionery products, which can be enjoyed with delicious coffee or seasonal tea. We also have an extensive catering offer, which we are happy to tailor to the customer. Everything we offer is prepared from scratch, with lots of love and commitment. We choose the best local produce for our dishes. This way we support our community and guarantee that our dishes are always fresh and full of flavour.

As of this year, we are a candidate for the Barycz Valley Recommends Certificate, which has been awarded for 13 years to local products and services from the Barycz Valley. The certificate is awarded to the best products and services that meet certain conditions, including: high quality, connection to the Barycz Valley area, environmental friendliness.

In our buffet you will find tourist maps of the Barycz Valley. They offer many attractions, such as cycling routes, hiking trails or a canoe trail.
