Żmigród Tourist Information Point is located in the historic tower at the Palace and Park Complex. It is certified by the Polish Information System.

The IT distributes information materials about the region's offer - free ripper maps, leaflets, brochures, business cards provided by tourist service providers and the sale of guidebooks, atlases and maps. Żmigród tourist stamps are also available here.

In the IT you can rent bicycles and canoes for swimming in the park ponds, reserve a place for a barbecue in the park or borrow binoculars or telescopes for nature observation. Attractive educational activities for children and young people are held in the Tower.

The Tourist Information Point has a separate and marked bicycle parking area equipped with a rack for 20 bicycles, which is covered by monitoring. Tools are available at the point to carry out basic repairs and adjustments to bicycles. It also offers the possibility of renting bicycles for a fee. Free internet access is available. It also has up-to-date information available on tourist services in the neighbourhood and other cycle-friendly places.
