The proposed route starts in Żmigród, where you can easily and comfortably access the S5 or the railway (Wrocław - Poznań relation). Those arriving by car with their bicycles will find the free, large car park at OSiR, Sportowa Street, right next to the cycle route, most convenient.
The route leads along many sections of the cycle path, making the ride comfortable and safe. The remaining sections are roads with other traffic users (cars), but there is so little traffic that you can ride with confidence, even with children, however, observing all the rules of road safety. The entire route leads through forests, in the post-railway section at the back of villages, without entering village centres (although sometimes it is worth turning off the main route and entering a village because there are many interesting and beautiful places there - historical village buildings, remains of old country residences, red-brick or half-timbered farm buildings, so characteristic of this area. Larger passing villages worth a longer stop are, apart from Żmigród, Sułów and Milicz.
For those for whom 100 km in one day is too much, you can shorten the route and turn back in Milicz, or stay overnight in Milicz or its vicinity and continue the next day via Ruda Milicka to Trzebicko. There are two very valuable monuments in the villages: in Ruda Milicka there is a historic Forester House from 1812 and in Trzebicko there is a wooden church.
