Dominating the square in Zmigrod, the Gothic-Mannerist building of the Holy Trinity Parish Church was constructed between 1597 and 1607 on the site of an older wooden church of the Blessed Virgin Mary. After two fires, the interior of the church was baroqueised (1702-1704) according to a design by Christoph Hackner. A neo-Gothic presbytery was added between 1869 and 1870. The church is now entered through a portal dating from around 1607, above which is the coat of arms of the founder Adam von Schaffgotsch and his wife Catherine, née Guttenstein. Inside it is worth seeing, among other things:
- the Baroque burial chapel of the von Hatzfeldt family,
- F.A. Scheffler's "Adoration of the Holy Cross" from 1738,
- two side altars: one from around the second half of the 19th century with a painting of St. John of Nepomuk Adoring the Madonna, and the other, now Our Lady of Perpetual Help, dating from around 1704,
- paintings: "Adoration of the Three Kings" from the 18th century, "St Vincent de Paulo" from 1854; "Mourning" from the 19th century,
- sculptures: St Florian from around 1750, St John of Nepomuk from around 1750, Our Lady of Sorrows and St Joseph with Child from around 1715,
- the five-tower organ prospectus, which was built in 1911-12 using the case of the previous instrument from 1746.
- built into the outer walls of the church are, among others, a renaissance tombstone of Henrik von Kurzbach from around 1590, an inscription plaque of Valentinus Schmidt from 1672, and inside the church is a plaque of Hermann Anton von Hatzfeldt and a 16th century epitaph of two girls from the von Kurzbach family.

- In front of the church there is a Baroque statue of St. John of Nepomuk erected in 1731.
