The Aquagród swimming pool is located at the Sports and Recreation Centre in Żmigród.

It offers a modern bathing area with heated water, slides, three swimming pools (sports, leisure and paddling pool), changing rooms and showers.

The swimming pool is open daily during the season from 1 June to 30 September.

In addition, the OSiR offers:

open all year round: playground, skate park, ample car and cycle parking

open from 1 April to 30 September: climbing wall, beach volleyball pitch, grass football pitch, basketball pitch, buffet and sale of materials about the region.
