This unique bread with its distinctive appearance and unmistakable taste is the pride of Edward Rybka's bakery in Gądkowice. It derives from the soldier's bread, which was produced in such a way as to keep it fresh for as long as possible. Komyśniak is baked exclusively in an old traditional oven in the Old Bakery in Gądkowice, using natural sourdough, from a carefully selected mix of rye and wheat flour without any chemical enhancers.

You can knock on the Bakery at any time and always buy fresh bread. Baked goods, including confectionery, are available in the old and new bakery in Gadkowice, in carts that distribute baked goods around the surrounding villages, in Milicz, Cieszków and Wrocław. Bread and sweet baked goods can also be ordered. Bread is also available at the company's 'Prosto z Pieca' café in Gadkowice.
