The Dobroszyce Loop is a trail marked and signposted in the field in green. It has the character of a comfortable loop and runs through the eastern part of the Trzebnickie Hills, mostly along forest roads, separated from car traffic, through attractive areas of the Dobroszyce and Zawonia communes (known for their beautiful forests). In the Bartków - Złotów section, we move on asphalt. Unfortunately, in the eastern part, the trail runs on rural cobblestones for a short section. Here you have to go along the edge. However, the trail is so picturesque that this minor inconvenience should not spoil the overall impression.
Recommended start and end of the route: DOBROSZYCE, DOBRZEŃ (convenient access from Wrocław - railway station, car park in the centre of Dobroszyce or at the school in Dobrzenie)
Course of the route: Dobroszyce - Białe Błoto - Malerzów - Złotów - Sadków - Łuczyna - Siekierowice - Cichoszów - Dobroszyce
PLACES WORTH SEEING ON THE ROUTE:
Dobroszyce | St. Hedwig's Church, impressive in its size and neo-Gothic architecture, and the adjacent huge 19th-century building of the former orphanage (now the Caritas Centre for Disabled People). The church and the centre are a foundation of Countess Czettritz of the Soběńsko-Wałbrzych line. It is worth seeing, even if from a distance.
Białe Błoto | A charming village with an interesting harmonious development (linear), surrounded by forests.
Malerzów | A charming village where a lot of red brick houses and classic half-timbered barns have been preserved. In the middle of the village, there is a memorial to the "victims of the world wars", educational boards on pre-war inhabitants and post-war settlers. On the hill behind the memorial are the remains of an Evangelical cemetery. Nearby is the "Hubertówka" and a little further on is a ceramic studio with a shop.
Złotów | The Baroque wooden church of St. Joseph the Spouse, built for Evangelicals in 1754, surrounded by an old cemetery. Inside is a Rococo altar with a Baroque statue of St Joseph with Child. In nearby Złotówek there are the remains of a former mill (with a dam and pond) and the Research Centre for the Forest Environment and Breeding of Wild Animals of UP in Wrocław. Administratively, Złotów lies within the Zawonia municipality.
The forests of Złotów | are located on the Zielone Wzgórza, which are the eastern part of the Trzebnickie Hills. The highest hill of the Zielone Wzgórza is Zielony Szczyt (Green Peak), located by the forest road to Sadków.
Sadków | A manor farm from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. There is an agritourism farm "Nad Stawami" in the village (Sadków 1A).
Łuczyna | Roadside shrine
Siekierowice | Park with the historic von Puttkamer burial chapel
Cichoszów | On the trail there is an abandoned classicist mill with farm buildings
